Basic Training brings together the first modules of the Level I Padel Coaching course, forming the essential foundation for beginner-level padel coaches. Throughout this foundational block, students gain a comprehensive and structured understanding of padel, including its origins, historical development, current situation, and the official rules at both international and national levels.
The program also covers the fundamental aspects of the game, such as the court and equipment, enabling future coaches to work confidently and consistently from the very first sessions. It introduces the basic principles of coaching methodology, providing tools for organizing sessions, selecting appropriate teaching methods, and effectively correcting errors.
Participants also learn the initial technical and tactical foundations, including grips, court positioning, basic strokes, and the first tactical concepts. The main goal of this training is to provide future coaches with a solid, practical, and educational foundation, so they can teach padel correctly and support their students’ safe and effective development.
